How do I get an account?

The app is for invited Injury Lifeline partners, and you cannot sign up in the app. Ask your Injury Lifeline contact, or email us.

I can't sign in.

Email us from the address you sign in with, and tell us what you see on the screen. Never send us your password.

I have a question about one of my leads.

Open the lead in the app and ask the team from its page. The answer appears on the same page.

How do I change the language?

Open Account in the app and choose your language under Language.

How do I turn alerts off?

On your iPhone, open Settings, then Notifications, and choose the Injury Lifeline app. Signing out of the app also stops alerts to that phone.
