This policy explains what the Injury Lifeline Partners app and this website collect, why, and what we never do with it. "We" and "us" mean Injury Lifeline LLC.

The Injury Lifeline Partners app is for invited Injury Lifeline partners. Accounts are set up by Injury Lifeline, not in the app.

What the app collects about you

If you are a partner using the app, it keeps:

• Your name and email address, for your account and to sign you in.
• Your account ID and partner code, so the app knows who is signed in and your team knows your code.
• Your language choice, English or Spanish.
• What you write to us: questions to our team about a lead, the note on a lead, and the best time to call.
• A push notification token. This is an address Apple gives the app on your phone. We use it only to send your own alerts, for example when a lead misses an appointment. It is switched off when you sign out, and you can turn alerts off at any time in your iPhone's Settings.

What the app collects about the people you send us

When you send us a lead, the app keeps what you type in and add about that person and any passengers:

• Name and phone number.
• Email address, if you add one.
• City, state and ZIP code, and where the accident happened.
• Health information: notes you write can describe injuries, and the lead's page shows how many treatment visits our team has recorded.
• Photos: the scene, the damage, the driver exchange, a driver's license, an insurance card and a police report. We treat insurance card photos as financial information as well.

How we use it

Only to make the app work: to sign you in, take in the leads you send, follow each lead through, show you your leads, your earnings and your team, answer your questions, and send your alerts.

We do not use any of it for advertising, analytics or marketing.

What we never do

• We do not track you. Nothing is combined with other companies' data for advertising, and nothing goes to a data broker.
• We do not sell your information, or the information of the people you send us.
• The app does not use your phone's location, your address book or your microphone, and it does not collect your browsing or search history.
• The app does not ask for payment or bank details.
• The app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting code.

This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no scripts, loads nothing from other companies and has no analytics. Like any web server, the one that delivers these pages may briefly record ordinary technical details of each request, such as the address it came from and the time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
